Blue sand primary catalytic technology is the best tool to produce lightweight thermal insulation mortar by mixing cement and EPS particles. The key ingredient is bluesand additive, which is the surface treatment of expanded polystyrene particles by using bluesand additive in the production process. This is the core of our proprietary technology and the result and development process of more than 30 years of continuous research by European headquarters.

Bluesand is a special additive that, when applied to EPS particles, ensures perfect mixing of EPS particles with cement and polystyrene particles and bonding them together before covering cement. EPS is one of the best insulation materials and provides the best compromise between cost and performance. Due to the different specific gravity of EPS particles, it is almost impossible to mix EPS particles with cement naturally because they tend to separate. This problem is solved perfectly with bluesand additives, and you get a uniform lightweight mortar with a high level of thermal insulation and uniform density.
